Joining Kona Elks Lodge #2616

Joining the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is more than just becoming a member—it's stepping into a warm, welcoming family united by service, compassion, and community spirit. Across the nation, Elks Lodges are filled with people who genuinely care about making a difference through charitable programs, heartfelt fellowship, and patriotic pride. If you're someone who values giving back and wants to be part of something meaningful, this might be the perfect next step on your journey.

To be eligible, you’ll need to be at least 21 years old, believe in God, be a U.S. citizen who honors the American flag, and possess good character. Once you’re ready to explore further, you can begin by filling out a simple Membership Inquiry Form here.

From there, a current Elks member in good standing will serve as your sponsor, along with two additional members who will act as references. Your sponsor will guide you through the application process—whether by paper form or online—and help ensure everything is completed properly.

After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed during a Lodge meeting, followed by an interview with the Investigating Committee. If your application is approved, you’ll be invited—along with your spouse—to a friendly orientation to learn more about the Elks' mission and impact. Finally, you’ll be welcomed into the Order through a meaningful initiation ceremony. It's a beautiful beginning to a rewarding chapter filled with connection, purpose, and service. 💙🇺🇸🦌
